Survival Cooking

Much of the information on food preps revolves around canned goods and long term storage foods.  These often seem to be more “austere” in variety, but they dont have to be.  Just because your food preps may be more “bare bones” and focused on nutritional value than tastiness, there are a multitude of ways to take those bare necessities and make them into delicious meals.

These are all from the UAF extension.  I am actively seeking YOUR recipes! Please submit here!
